I could not help but notice that while they "called" the election at 11 p.m., most states only had about half their votes in. What is the official mark where networks project the winner? Some of the counts were only at 23% when they projected Obama winning the state. Maybe there should be an official percentage of votes tallied before anyone can assume a winner for a state to cut down on horserace coverage.
